The 2026 formula

For your first air-to-water heat pump installed in 2026, RVO says you get [2]:

• a base amount of €1,025 (it was €1,250 in 2025);
• €225 per kW of capacity, from the first kW (in 2025 this only counted from the second kW);
• an energy label bonus of €200 for an A+++ label.

You always get at least €500 for a (hybrid) heat pump [1].

RVO gives this example itself: a first air-to-water heat pump with an A+++ label and a capacity of 4 kW comes to €1,025 + 4 × €225 + €200 = €2,125 [2].
