Yes, it is still supported.
Yale is phasing out Smart Living Alarm (Sync, SR and HSA alarms): sales end 31 Dec 2027, full security and software updates, bug fixes and support run until 31 Dec 2029, then only critical security updates until 31 Dec 2031. From 1 Jan 2032 the Yale Smart Living Alarm app is shut down and all support ends.
