Disclosure and how this site is funded
Woningmarkt NL is an independent information site. There are no active advertisements or affiliate links at the moment.
Advertising slots
Some pages have a box labelled “Advertisement / placeholder – not active yet”. An advertisement or affiliate link may appear there later, for example for energy, moving or an adviser. We may then receive a fee if you buy through that link. It will say so clearly next to the link.
What we do not do
- We give no financial advice and do not arrange mortgages, loans or insurance. We have no AFM licence.
- We place no advertising or affiliate links in or next to the table of interest rates.
- We do not advertise loans.
- A fee never changes the figures. They come from CBS, DNB/ECB and the official rules.
- We collect no contact details. Contact with an advertiser goes through the advertiser’s own form.
